Warren Buffet’s real estate brokerage franchise network has embarked on an “aggressive” expansion drive across the New York City market.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New York is targeting “explosive growth” over the next 36 months, with all-new locations in Brooklyn, Downtown Manhattan, and the Upper West Side.
The firm’s leadership team has also been bolstered with two big-name appointments. Steven James has been installed as president & CEO, while Brad Loe is now executive vice president & director of sales.
