Katy has been working in Property Management since 2008 and gained her MIRPM and AssocRICS qualification in 2012. She has experience with new builds and high end developments. Katy joined the team here at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kay & Co in 2019 as the new Head of Block Management. Katy's role is to oversee all aspects of the block management and ensure that all team members are delivering a high level of service to clients. Her positive, calm attitude leaves clients feeling confident in her ability to manage their assets.
Paula joined the property industry 3 years ago as a lettings negotiator before moving into AST management. With over 8 years of customer service and sales based experience, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kay & Co welcomed Paula to their team in 2019 as property coordinator for the management team. Paula is excellent at multi-tasking and takes the varied days in her stride, providing an abundance of support to her team.
