Go to viewings
We will take you to view all of the properties that you feel may be suitable, and will do so at a time that is convenient for you. Securing the property
When you find a suitable property, we will guide you through making an offer. If the landlord accepts, you will need to pay a holding deposit and one week’s rent to show your commitment.
Providing references
We will arrange references through a credit reference agency, or direct with your former landlord, your current bank and employers. If you are a student, we will also obtain references on your guarantor.
Paying the initial funds
On the signing of agreement, we will require the first month’s rent, the remainder of the deposit. Once this is done you can relax and start planning your move to your new home!
