Nicola Merry has been our Lettings Manager for the last seven years and has provided an excellent service to both ourselves and our tenants, a difficult and conflicting role at times. As Landlords we have been very demanding and Nicola has dealt with all issues in a friendly, fair and a very professional manner. The management of rental properties is a never ending series of issues, given that the Lettings Manager is never passed the good news, but that has never affected Nicola’s helpful disposition. It has been a pleasure working with Nicola.
