Kay & Co took over block management for us some years ago at a time when we were very unhappy with the previous service provider. They very quickly got on top of the maintenance backlog and the general administration muddle, despite a less than helpful handover from their predecessors, and have gone on to run a very efficient and effective service for us. We are a small block (only five flats) but Kay & Co make us feel like an important customer and are always ready to go the extra mile for us.
