Katy joined the team here at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kay & Co in 2019 as the new Head of Block Management. Katy's role is to oversee all aspects of the block management and ensure that all team members are delivering a high level of service to clients. Her positive, calm attitude leaves clients feeling confident in her ability to manage their assets.
Paula Orlowska
Paula joined the property industry 3 years ago as a lettings negotiator before moving into AST management. With over 8 years of customer service and sales based experience, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kay & Co welcomed Paula to their team in 2019 as property coordinator for the management team. Paula is excellent at multi-tasking and takes the varied days in her stride, providing an abundance of support to her team.
